We recently completed the transformation of a two-tower, 77-unit property; from a family run business to serviced residences concept. A new alternative to traditional hotels in Brickell.

We provided comprehensive advisory support to the owner/developer of the project, Turnberry, to convert an originally planned multi-family development into a hospitality product. We ultimately selected San Francisco based hospitality company, Sonder, as an operator. Currently the property offers 23 luxury residences available for nightly stays.
